Visiting no. 10

So Gordon Brown was obviously feeling the urge to increase his popularity amongst the business community this month as he invited entrepreneurs from all over the UK to join him for a glass of wine in the gardens of Downing Street last week. Seems like a good way to spend the taxpayers’ money if you ask me.
Although I didn’t really get much of a chance to speak to him, it was quite nice to have a nosy around no 10.
It seems that everywhere I go business people are confident about the future of the economy and their businesses. The only people that seem to be worrying are the general public, fueled by media hype about how bad things are getting.
